Stadio Olimpico di Roma - Lazio & AS Roma stadium

Olympic Stadium in Rome (in Italian: Stadio Olimpico di Roma) was built in 1952 (after a project done by architects Carlo and Annibale Roccatelli Vitellozzi) to accommodate samples from the 1960 Summer Olympics. It was inaugurated on May 17, 1953 with a football match between Italy and Hungary selecţionatele. It has a capacity of 82,656 seats. Italian National Olympic Committee is property (CONI) and is used for football, but athletics competitions and music concerts of famous bands in Italy or abroad. It hosted the 1987 World Athletics Championships. It is also used by football clubs in the Italian capital Lazio and AS Roma. In 1989 it was refurbished and improved to accommodate parties of the FIFA World Cup - Italy 1990. Along with Giuseppe Meazza Stadium (known as the San Siro) are the only stadiums in Italy who received 5-star rating from the Security Committee of stadiums, which belongs to UEFA committee.
